Valentine's Day at the Middle School!

Valentine's Day at the middle school started with a beautiful breakfast for the teachers! The lady who set up our breakfast has a personal connection with BFA. Her husband went to the middle school years ago and still remembers the impact the teachers had on his life!
For the students, the girls wear a heart they have created and if they talk to a boy outside of class, their heart is stolen! Even teachers are involved! Some 7th grade girls created a heart for me and it was quickly stolen by a 6th grade boy!
Friday's are always special with chapel ending our day. The young man, an MK himself spoke to the students of God's love and the freedom of obedience through Christ. He has a distinct British accent and works in Korea, sharing the gospel. We wanted the students to know how much God loves them and how much we, also love them. They were each handed a rose and small heart-shaped chocolate as they left for the weekend. Beauty was watching them walk down the hill to the bus holding their roses!
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone supporting me through prayer and financial gifts! I would not be here without you! Every day is more of a confirmation that God planned this teaching opportunity for my life!
