Dear Family and Friends,
I began a project last week where I would document a week at the Middle School to share with you. Our weeks begin with devotions on Monday mornings with the staff and end with Chapel on Friday mornings with our students. The first picture is of me about ready to head out my door to catch the morning carpool.
Since some of us do not own a car, we rely on our co-workers to drive us to the Middle School. The Middle School is located in Sitzenkirch which is about 3km from Kandern or 1.5 miles. Here are a few photos of our lovely carpool drivers:)
Once we get to school, computers are turned on and we begin getting ready for the week for a few minutes. Here is a photo of my messy desk!
At 8:20, we walk upstairs and take turns leading devotions for our staff. I took a few photos on my way up too! You will see the librarian and one of our amazing German teachers as you scroll down!
Below is our French teacher and our principal! Everyone who is here at BFA has a story! Our French teacher grew up in France and our Principal has lived most of her adult life overseas in China and in Russia!
Good Morning! Do you see us clutching our coffees? Not me:)
At the end of our devotional time, we usually spend a few minutes in prayer for our students, personal concerns, and anything else we think of that could use a little prayer.
Stay tuned for the next posting! Many pictures of students coming up!!
