Lunch Time at the Middle School!
Lunch time is a time of relaxation, chatting with the Librarian, reading books,
playing video games, telling jokes to make our friends laugh,
hanging out on the playground, shooting hoops, kicking the soccer ball, throwing the frisbee, looking just plain cool (check out the student in the red:), and at times retrieving the ball from over the fence,
eating our lunch with friends, cheesy grins at the camera, partially waving, finishing homework for those who procrastinate,
playing the piano including Annie songs and Frozen theme song,
more video games being played under the stairs,
and a full action picture from the upstairs window! Life at the middle school is full of activity with our everyday classes, elective courses including drama, sewing, chapel, middle school choir, robotics, and student leadership. Activities outside of school also keep us all busy; Chrysalis (small groups led by BFA seniors on Tuesday nights), various music lessons, middle school inter-murals (opportunities for students to play various sports and winners get free pizza and ice cream!), middle school basketball, musical practice (This year we did HS Musical with the HS), class parties that happen twice a year, and a few other seasonal activities that keep our students busy! Our students are on Christmas break now and I am attempting to "catch up" my blog posts:)
