Life at the Middle School - Day 5

Professional Development at BFA is never boring. A few months ago, Libby Stephans who has an undergraduate in Behavioral Science and a Master's in Counseling came to speak to the staff at BFA at our orientation and a special professional development session. She comes with experience and a passion for Third Culture Kids around the world. She was a former RA in one of the dorms at BFA and remembers fondly her time spent in Germany. Most of her memories are of the kids she connected with while at BFA and kids she speaks with around the world. She is truly an inspirational speaker and has a passion for these kids. Her desire is for us to understand who they are as TCK's and how we can support them in their time at BFA and in their walk with Christ.
I am attaching her website where you can find amazing stories and more information about Libby Stephens work with TCK's around the world.
