Last Thursday, I was wondering how God was going to pull all of my financial goals together! I was at 66% of my financial goals with more people to contact and a little over one week! I also scheduled two medical appointments in one day (not a great idea!) with news that I no longer have 20/20 vision! I guess I don't have my grandpa's eyes! After a financial appointment that was slightly confusing and a few stressful appointments, I hit the weekend feeling discouraged. Determined not to give up, I continued to trust that God had a plan and kept trying to connect with people!
Someone asked me not long ago why I was not contacting only churches for raising support? Why was I raising support the hard way with individuals? I am happy to share why! As I connect individual family, friends, and new friends, I have witnessed how God works in individual lives! I am humbled by all of the stories and faith-walks that have been shared with me this summer! I truly believe God is whispering in our ears, "Do you have any idea what I am planning to do with your life?! Just wait and see?" David writes, "Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!" Psalm 34:8. I contact churches as well and love meeting new friends within congregations. The rich blessings of all the friends I have connected with this summer have been worth all of the hard work!
This last week was completely different! From wonderful conversations of God working in individual lives with friends on the phone to resources streaming into TeachBeyond, God is bringing in his promised provision! Changing lives and finances to change more lives! God's love for us is so overwhelming as He asks us to trust in His excellent promises! "Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart" 2 Corinthians 4:1. As we keep trusting, He will come through!

Thank you family and friends for all of your support through prayer and finances! I know I have some serious prayer warriors on this ministry team! You are so valuable! Thank you! I am now at 94% with current and promised funds! I am continuing to pray and trust for God's provision to go over 100%!
