Colorado! The Adventure Continues!

The Adventure of raising friends and support continues as I have reached Colorado! We pulled in yesterday and the Rockies looked so welcoming! It is hard to control the surge of energy I feel as I want to jump on a bike and ride up, and up, and up!

As we were crossing Kansas the last few days, I took the opportunity to make new connections and meet new friends! I looked up the Christian business directory for Northern Colorado and have been contacting local businesses and setting up appointments the last two days. This is a new step for me and yet I have been so encouraged by those I have talked to on the phone! Please pray as I am continuing to connect with businesses and friends! Pray that God will pave the way and put people in my path who need to hear about the ministry of Black Forest Academy! I will continue to exercise my faith in God's provision as He strengthens my trust in Him!

I have been wanting to share where I am at financially. I am raising a total of $3,138 in monthly support. I have raised $1,852 in monthly support and need $1,286 more to reach my goal in monthly support. I am also raising $6,200 for a special project fund to cover the math co-hort I will be starting in the fall. This two year program will begin my journey to earn my Master's degree in Math Education. I have raised $2,291 so far! I have to raise $3,909 more to reach my goal of $6,200. Raising monthly support is the most important goal I have currently. I need to raise 90% of my monthly support goal before August 15th. I am praying that God will provide over 100% of that goal before August 15th!
